Broiled trout, sauteed snap peas, caprese salad

Quick and easy weeknight dinner (we made it on Wednesday or so). Steelhead trout is a close cousin of salmon, but much less expensive (and has a subtler flavor). I followed Bittman’s guidelines for broiling the fish, and Dave sauteed the snap peas in olive oil with a dash of Cajun seasoning. The caprese has cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
